Sage A. Eckman
Sage is a woodworker and designer specializing in impeccably handcrafted modern furniture.
He began in his father’s workshop, developing a connection to woodworking from a young age. As a young adult, Sage founded World Tree Design in Colorado, eventually relocating to Iowa with his wife Emily, their dog Porter, and an outrageous number of clamps. Now, he continues to push his work to the next level creating furniture that reflects the care and dedication he has for the craft.
Sage’s primary interest is woodworking, yet his drive to learn and explore reaches far beyond the shop, spanning comedy, philosophy, martial arts, aviation, and the outdoors. Just to name a few.
